Since day one, I have had nothing but problems with this phone. Couldn't use MMS, couldn't access certain sites properly even on WiFi, couldn't do simple things.

Today, it just wigged out on me, I couldn't even exit menus, couldn't go to home screen, after a 2nd FACTORY RESET! Nothing works on this phone right, and I got ripped off in the store. They said it was 100, but on the website, it was $70 after rebates.

Sometimes I am on Chrome, and the page and phone just wiggles around like when a rain drop hits it, but I wasn't even in outside, I was just in my apartment. Also, it just does things that you don't do, like exit from a text editor without cause.

You can see my other posts about this phone, it's nothing but nightmares and problems. Now it's new years, I probably can't do anything about it on this day.

DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!!! I didn't do anything strange to it at all, but it never worked from the beginning.

Alcatel does nothing to help you, they say factory reset the phone every time, guess what, it does nothing. This is my 3rd factory reset and it has done nothing.

I have had this phone for only 3 weeks, and it never did anything good since then. I even went back to the store the week after to ask about the MMS, and the guy in the store couldn't figure out what was the problem. Not only that, but I called Metro, and they don't know what the problem is either, so it means this phone is a piece of shit.

Keep in mind, I bought this phone from a MetroPCS store in Manhattan on 14th street and 1st ave, the guy said it's such a good phone... It's none of that. Be wary of the guys in this store, they swindle you into buying something that seems like a good deal and then charge you extra for shit you don't need and sell you a bad phone.
