Just to be the odd man out ... Apex. 
Although, if you have TouchWiz as one of your 'options' then you have a Samsung phone that has much of TouchWiz baked into the rom, so even if you use a different launcher, much of TouchWiz will still be lurking about.

Lots in common w/Nova,& perhaps not as many features as Nova,but,I think that's why I like it better:
It has what I need,my homescreen/app drawer are fairly simple,but,highly functional.
