Looing for Multiple Person Chat App

Every morning at 7:45 my friends and I "have coffee" together on line. We use MSN live.
I have yet to find a chat app that will allow me to have ALL of my friends in the same window. Everything I have found only allows one person per window . . .any ideas?

If I was organized I would tell you which ones I have tried but haven't kept track . . .because I gave up - now am back at it again!

Just dawned on me - if my friends are already in msn chat- I need an app that they can invite me into that conversation - have to have msn chat? Because that will only let me have one person at a time.

there are lots of websites that let you create free chat rooms. you'd just access it through the browser instead of a separate app. you create a room and it get's a unique url, then you send that url to whoever you want to join. i haven't used one in a long time so i don't remember if you can password protect them or what.
