Can't Connect to Netflix via Mobile Data

I can use Netflix over Wi-Fi, but I get the error "Sorry We Cannot Reach the Netflix Service (-14)". I can't even seem to reach the website and get a "help.netflix.com's server DNS address could not be found" when I try to look up help for the error online. I can reach that website just fine as well when using Wi-Fi.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be occurring? I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7 with AT&T.

Could be AT&T blocking it? Anyone else on AT&T with Netflix can confirm that or not?

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I tried with my daughter's phone and was able to connect just fine. That thought had occurred to me too, like maybe Netflix had some kind of deal with another carrier so AT&T blocked them or something.

At any rate, it's working now and I'm not sure why. I did chat with AT&T support and they said that my phone had the wrong imei associated with it in their system. I went into a store to have that corrected and get a new sim card (not sure why that was necessary), but the issue was fixed even before they made the switch. I don't know if the guy I was chatting with did something else to fix it, or it just cleared on it's own. On one hand, it was not working immediately after chatting with the tech guy Sunday night (but was the next day when I went to the store Monday evening) so it seems unlikely he did something, but on the other hand this issue had been occurring for some time before I bothered to try to fix it so it seems oddly coincidental that it picked that time to magically clear. Maybe the tech did something that took some time to take effect?
