This was to be my all singing phone, but so far, not seen it better than things half the price or spec.
Anyhow, I don't want to get into that here.
After a couple of things went wrong, Oneplus suggested a Factory Reset. As one of the failures was syncing, I couldn't put things onto the PC very easy. In the end, I was desperate to get the phone working so I went ahead with the reset.
Now - I can't even set it up. I get past the Internet connection bit and trying to input my Google details, but it dosn't recognise them. It asked me to re-do the password, which I did, but it keeps asking again and again, to input the details,,,, but again and again, it dosn't seem to recognise them, asking - once again - to input details, on a loop.
Earlier today I contacted the Oneplus Webchat, only to be told "your account ‘lock’. You can wait 72 hours to see if it helps".
Firstly, my account isn't ‘lock’ as its ok on other items including my PC.
As I’m disabled, I can’t wait for 72 hours, just in case that’s the problem !
I need to rely on my stuff.
Any ideas please folks ?
