Nougat update (Unlocked)

Anybody having any problems?
My device has been smooth except for a single icon glitch.

I'm also going to include system updates to Nougat now. I didn't take a screenshot of the one from December 22, 2016 but I got one... well you'll see.

I updated mine last night and my recent apps button has stopped working when on the home screen, it works when I have another app full screen and it goes into split screen. Very annoying, I might have to reset my phone to see if that fixes it.

I don't think it will. I've been getting that too. I haven't felt it was a problem though, just average consumer progress. :rolleyes:

I managed to fix it by downloading ccleaner and emptying all the caches and restarting the phone. It works perfectly now.

I'll try that with Boost+ the built-in HTC cleaner.

That didn't work. I still need at least one app open to use the button to clear all running apps and it still goes to split screen before I can.

Thanks for the tip but it's really not an issue for me. Android seems to be handling app management just fine. No lock ups yet and I've had this since the first day it came out.

I think ccleaner has extra options to select caches and thumbnail caches, I selected all the caches and cleaned it.

Yep. I just redid everything you suggested a second time using Boost+ instead of ccleaner again and restarted. I now can use the recent app button from the home screen and see the list without split-screen happening.
