I can't find a good tutorial about how to release my personal android app in my cellphone without using google pay. Do you know how to do it?

The purpose is to test the app in reality, not using emulator.

I'm newbie in android.

Download it to your phone. Use any file browser and install it. You will need to allow 3rd party apps under the security section in settings.

Before attaching it I need to create a compile file as app in android ir similar. How do It do it?
if the start point is a opened android projekct in application tool android studio, where do I start?
