Hi. I badly need help. My "My Files" App won't open and everytime I try to open it so could go to my download history, it keeps keeps crashing and i get messages like "My files app stopped". How do i go about the problem? I already tried: Applications > Application Manager > All tab > My files: Forced stop, cleared cache and cleared data and restarted the phone. Help please. Thank you v much.
