Root ZTE Zmax Pro Official Root Discussion

Besides another more popular phone will always come out and zmax pro will just get pushed back.
True but the reason I said kingroot is a no go is because I think kingroot uses scripts to root phones for example the dirty-c0w and things like that. They are things we could run ourself with a simple Linux machine and since how we already tried many scrips and they all failed. Thus lead me to think kingroot is using them to root phones. Plus we can't really do anything with a locked bootloader anyway.

Well, I guess now that there are so many people moving on to new phones, the Zmax Pro has become disposable in the eyes of many, so people will more likely be taking bigger risks with it, if it isnt your main phone, you won't be anywhere near as concerned about a brick. And while we will probably see a few bricks, eventually, somebody will either get it, or everybody gets sick of his phone and moves on. But I am pretty sure that there will always be that one person, who, for the sole reason that this phone hasnt been cracked yet, is going to keep trying, just because nobody else could do it, and eventually it will be cracked. This may be five years down the road when it literally makes no difference anymore, but somebody will do it eventually.

This phone will eventually get rooted but I bet if a more well-known brand of phone came out with the same architecture like Samsung for example then this phone would have been rooted a long time ago, any phone manufacturer on a whim can decide to lock its users out, so it's up to us to keep customizability, user privilege and personalization alive with the products we buy with their own hard-earned money.

That's a complacent attitude because you always expect Samsung to use the same thing, therefore Odin is always your option, my point is, should Samsung or any other well-known manufacturer whom always had rootable devices, decide to change the framework then it would've helped to have those who already cracked difficult phones such as this one to pave the way to a quick solution
