Usually a good practice to do a Cache partition wipe in recovery after a system update.
From off, hold the power, home and volume up till phone starts to boot then release the power button only. Release all buttons when you see the recovery menu.
Use volume down to scroll down to Wipe Cache partition and press the power button to select it. After wipe is complete, restart.
Will not delete any user data
