I used to have a HTC One M7 which supported external USB storage.
I have tried plugging the same USB stick into my new U11 but it does not recognize the fact that a USB storage device has been connected.
I have tried four different apps which have all told me OTG is supported.
The HTC web site for the U11 suggests OTG is supported.
I have tried three different OTG leads to connect the USB to the U11 but the USB still does not show up as external storage.
I have USB debugging enabled.
USB connection, under settings, stays greyed out.
If I connect my phone to my PC then USB connection becomes active and I can see all the folders on my phone on my PC.
So how do I get the U11 to recognize and external USB storage device?
