When I turn on my device it gives me the error message (See attached image). Seems like a software issue from a bad application I'm assuming. I'm sure I have to download some sort of firmware to fix this issue, just not sure how to get the process started.

Here's a real reply for ya, I understand I'm almost a year late to this answer, but to help any others for future reference, I'll go for it... I had the same issue with the Zblade Max after it shut itself off when I slammed it on the table in a fit of frustration (the screen was so cracked and demolished after many accidental drops and began the infamous 'phantom touch' epilepsy- type thing). I turned it back on and saw that same screen. If this happened to you from dropping it or something similar, it's likely because a crucial chip inside and on the motherboard was compromised or cracked or just taken out of commission which would obviously need to have its own manufacturers take a look... however, if this happened out of nowhere, it's likely from a virus, a failed rooting of the device or even just a hardcore and rare malfunctioning of software/firmware...to fix this, you'll need to factory reset the device (maybe just that'll work, but unlikely), grab an SD card, connect the micro SD to your computer and download your preferred bootloader onto it. With your phone completely off, start it up with power button+vol UP, from here you'll be able to apply bootloaders and updates from the SD card... obviously, if this fails, your motherboard needs replacing.
