Hi,

Model Name: Samsung Galaxy Prevail LTE (Boost Mobile)
Model Number: SM-G360PZWABST
Serial Number: XXXX. IF needed, I will post it.

I have all my contacts saved onto my SIM card. SIM is for Mobile network type 'CDMA'. However, when trying to open the 'contacts', and go to the settings>import/export, I didn't see any option of 'import contacts from SIM card to device storage.' Or even export contacts from device storage to SIM card.'
I only see these two options "Import contacts from device storage' and export contacts to device storage' (Screenshot).

What is the solution to copy all my contacts saved onto my SIM card, and then copy them to my device sotrage?

My phone is now not recognising all the contacts saved onto my SIM card although my SIM is inserted into the slot of SIM, and it is functioning well when making phone calls.
