LG G2 won't boot, blue screen, flashing logo, blinking red LED!

Hello, my LG G2 (D802) stopped working (while in my pocket), and won't turn on normally!
All I get is: sometimes a blue screen, sometimes a flashing logo, sometimes the LED blinks in red. All of that happens while the charger is plugged, otherwise nothing would happen as I press and hold the power button.
I checked the connectors and they seem to be attached properly, does anyone have an idea about how to fix this?
Thank you.

Try restarting your phone into its Recovery Mode:

If you can at least get into Recovery Mode that's a tentative indicator your phone itself is still OK and possibly an issue with the Android operating system. But going by your description it sounds more like some kind of hardware problem, either the battery has failed completely or perhaps some critical component on the motherboard.
Let us know if you can boot up into Recovery. Or if you want to address a hardware issue yourself, do you have the necessary tools? The battery is not a user-replaceable one so it does require more effort:

I somehow managed to get it into fastboot mode.
It was connected to my PC via USB, then I tried to flash it with the LG Flash Tool 2014, but it didn't find the phone, so I plugged out the USB cable and the phone instantly turned off. Now, it doesn't turn on again.
I also think it is a hardware issue, perhaps the battery is dead, which is why the phone only shows signs of life occasionally and while plugged in. But I don't know for sure, hence why I'm seeking help here.
I'm also hopeful that it is only a software issue, because it happened once before, and it could be turned on again, after a month or so, just as if nothing happened!
