WANTED: flashlight that works while camera is on

I have a Galaxy S5 and would like a flashlight app that functions simultaneously with the camera. It was wonderful for nighttime photography. I could basically preview my subject matter on the screen and have the option to take the pic or not. I had a phone that did this a few years ago. I think it may have been a Galaxy Exhibit, but don't hold me to that. It's been a while.

Is there a flashlight that does this for my Samsung Galaxy S5?

The "flashlight" being the camera LED flash. Does the S5 not have an option/setting to keep the LED flash on when the camera is on? Which sounds like what you're asking for.

Something like this...meaning the LED flash is on while previewing and composing the shot.
