Accessories Note 10/10+ accessories

ok so after purchasing my note 10+ i headed over to the samsung shop app and signed in and checked out what i can use for my$150 credit that samsung gave me. the process took a while though. i had to take a picture of my receipt to verify that i pre-ordered the phone. it took almost a week.....well it was finally approved!!!!!

so what did i get you ask? well let me tell you. they had some pretty cool packages or kits (as they call it). i ended purchasing the gear sport watch (blue) and the galaxy buds. so by purchasing the kit you get a really good deal. they discounted the watch by $34 and the buds by$25......so i got the two for $300 dollars and then you factor in the $150 credit.....i got both for $150+tax!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes and no......the iottie i order turned out to the nonwireless version. i need to send it back and get the right one.

however, the one that i have now actually does work. the issue that i have is that the phonegets quite hot while charging and i get a popup message saying that the charging is paused because the phone is too hot. i have to scoot the phone a bit so that the charging plates are not in contact and let the phone cool down. this does not happen a lot, but enough to annoy me.

What about charging/headphone passthrough?

If i can't use wired headphones for something like PUBG where latency can get you killed, there's no point.

Hope you have better luck with those Galaxy buds. I bought two sets, one for my wife and myself. Didn't think much of the sound quality with either sets and her charger went bad just out of warranty so I gave her mine. Neither of us use them any more because the sound quality just isn't worth the hassle of having to recharge them every hour or so.

She loves the wired AKG that came with her Galaxy 9+ and uses them. I bought a set of Jabra wireless ear buds and although the quality of sound is better than the Galaxy buds were and held a charge a lot longer, think all day and the case allowed them to be recharged completely 2 more times, this morning at work I somehow lost the charger puck they sit in. :mad:

. Found replacement for about $70 with no buds and decided to just give the AKG wireless buds a try, they have rave reviews so I'm hoping the charge lasts as long as the sound quality the name brand is known for.

If push comes to shove, I'll return them and get the charging puck for the Jabra.

Well, I ordered and already received the case for the 10+ and it fit my Note 9 like a glove except for the button location and camera cutout. Apparently the 10+ is about the same size just has more screen. I was a bit worried about that because the N9 is as large as I'd want to go and it should fit in my leather belt pouch.

Bit of good news, originally they told me it would be shipping on the 17th, it's already enroute with an expected delivery for this monday.

I have the dome glass with a Spigen Tough Armor case

I've managed to scratch the glass already, lol, but at least it's that and not the screen.

It's also lifted a little in the top right, but that maybe where I was pulling it in and out of the case...

It lifted within a day or 2, but HASN'T spread.

Check my video for installation, and DON'T forget the speaker sticker like I did.

It's nice and slippy under the finger too.

Overall I am very happy with it and would recommended it to anyone.

I didn't even have to reregister my fingerprint!

That UV healing is a nightmare if not done right as I have seen bubbles, and not on mine, but glad it worked for you.

Yeah, I wanted black but they cocked up. Because it's the 512 5g I would've had to wait another day or 2, so I took the glow.

Yeah I always chose black. The only other time I chose other than black was a Motorola Droid Razor Ultra in red. This glow blows all of them away.

where I live, it says snatch it from my hands, and I went black to be low key, and at the time of preorder it was a month back ordered and wasnt worth the wait. One day I will see a case like that glow

Well the 10+ is still updating apps, got a ton of them so I decided to try out the AKG wireless buds with my 9 and yeah, not disappointed at all. Sound quality is fantastic. Only test left now is battery longevity. If they last the 8hr's advertised I'll be pleased. They sound even better than the wired AKG's I got with my N9.

I assume you mean for gaming? Very acceptable. I tried it out on one of my favs, War Wings on my Note 9 and if there was any lag in sound it was so small it's not noticeable. Game play worthy! :cool:
