Seeing default Android files from a PC

Hello,
Is there any ways to see the original Android system files from a PC, without rooting the phone?
I would like to access to the folder that stores all the default ringtones / notification sounds.

If there are no ways without rooting the phone, then can somebody help me finding the correct documentation to root my Meizu 15 Light (M87H), Android 7.1.2? I can't find anything solid.

Thanks a lot!

Friendly.

Thanks for your reply!
Actually what made me think this way is the fact that Android is based on Linux, the folders are here, somewhere in the phone, I though you can access them with a kind of special software / console.
If root is needed then I need some help because my phone isn't as famous as a Samsung or a Huawei, I didn't find anything about how to root a Meizu 15 Light, any ideas?

Root is required for this. On my phone default ringtones are in "/system/media/audio/ringtones". Access to this directory requires root.

The only roots I see available for your device is KingRoot and iRoot which I don't trust and why I'm not posting the link.

And yes, android is running the linux kernel and many of the linux utilities, but sudo has been omitted for escalated privileges.

I'm pretty sure there is no good proven root method for the Meizu 15 Light. There's not even anything for this phone on Meizu's own Flyme OS forum, which is usually the go to place for anything Meizu.

If it's just the ringtones you're after, I guess you could record them playing via the headphone jack, the analog hole method basically.

Yes KingRoot already tried: it just doesn't go at the end of the process, keeps blocking at some point.
Will try iRoot right now, even if those are not trusted apps.

Actually the problem is bigger than that: the phones keeps randomly playing sort of a "notification sound" no matter if the phone is on plane mode or silent mode.
The phone keeps playing an annoying "beep beep" sound in the middle of the night without any reason.
That's why I want to mute the original audio file of this sound.
