Success! I got TWRP installed its v 2.8.7.0 it was all I could find.
Am I OK with that version or shouldn't I worry about updating it?
How do I power the phone OFF without taking out the battery?
I chose the SuperSu zip file but I can't see that anything happened other than it found it.
It wasn't obvious how to make the backup go onto my SD card. the phone will not boot past the Metro PCS screen it just hangs there. So There's no way for me to tell if any of the apps I had are still there or not nothing special but it makes me curious.
