Outgoing call notifcation

Just bought a LG G6
When I have ended a call it shows an 'outgoing call' screen with an overview of the call
Searched internet but have not found an answer
Please advise
hmmmmm i do not have your phone, so i'm not exactly sure what you mean. when you say "overview of the call", are we talking about like how long the call was or how when the call was made?

is there a way to provide a screenshot or picture of what you are talking about?

It seems like this is expected behavior. You just placed a call (I assume) so when you end the call it is keeping you in the phone app and giving you a recap of your call stats. This also gives you the opportunity to follow up with the contact, message them, call them back, etc... which is the screen I think most people would want to see when ending a call.

There may be a setting to allow you to adjust this:
  • Open your phone app
  • Click on the 3 dots (or whatever opens the settings menu)
  • Read and test all the options
I didn't see such an option in the official LG G6 manual but perhaps device updates have made this possible.

Let us know!

You can download an alternative dialer app and set it as the default action for accepting and placing calls.

Google has their own Dialer app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.dialer

Contacts+ gets great reviews:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.contapps.android

And/or you can search the Google Play Store and test them until you find one that fits your needs:
https://play.google.com/store/search?q=dialer

If you find one you like that has this option, let us know what you end up choosing!

Don't know if you have found a solution, and I don't have one, but thought I would add this. My G6 doesn't show this summary screen after an outgoing call. When the call is done it returns to whatever screen generated the call - dial pad, contacts, etc. Of course, that screen still has to be cleared so it would not solve your issue even if I knew why mine was different. Maybe it's carrier related...
