If I blocked a number on my phone, does it still show in the call log of my smartwatch?

Blocked call on smartwatch

Edit to add, I had a number show up in the call log of the watch with a blue circle with a slash and a capital A. Do you know what that symbol means?

but thats on your phone , not the watch correct? the circle with an "A" looks like it was blocked but "A"nswered...?

That looks like a call-log screenshot from an Android phone, and NOT a smart-watch. What is your timepiece actually showing? If your smart-watch is showing the same thing as your phone, then there's no problem.

It is a screenshot from a phone. That's not my phone. The phone isn't showing the number at all. It's on the watch with a phone number and that symbol. I am trying to figure out what the symbol means. I've already deleted it from my watch.
It was on the watch. It wasn't answered. (Can you answer a blocked call since they're not supposed to come through anyway?)

you send a screenshot of a phone thats not yours but you state your phone does not show the number at all.
then you state it shows up on your watch but it was not answered, yet you ask in your first post if it would show up on your watch?
seems the answer is yes if you look at what you sent.
why are you showing a screenshot of a phone that is not yours? can you show a shot of your phone? and what watch do you have? if its a galaxy watch you can take a screenshot of it.
what is yru carrier? clearly you are not in the US.
what version of android are you using?
that does not look like th stock dialer of the note
maybe we need more info on what you are actually trying to accomplish. are you trying to prevent a certain person from contacting you? do you have the offending number you are trying to block in your contacts?

Yes, the number I did not eat to contact me was in my contacts
I was just trying to figure out what the symbol meant and if anyone had experienced a blocked number showing up on the watch but not the phone. ( It is a number that was just recently blocked and I did not have the watch with me at the time)

you can always reach out to samsung and ask them directly rather that having random strangers speculate. 
your post just got a little confusing and when i saw international numbers and a phone screen that does not look like the watch screen i figured you were abroad.
i have a galaxy watch and blocked numbers do not show up. im using the stock dialer on the phone (note 10+) and stock apps on the galaxy.
you said you deleted the "car" -- not sure what you mean there.
if the phone does not ring the watch will not "notify" you. my galaxy watch has its own direct number (its the 4g version of the frontier ) i can blobk numbers there and they dont show up. i block numbers on the note 10 and they dont show up on the phonr or watch.
