A word of advice: I think you will get more help if you are a little bit more specific about the problems you are experiencing.

People are reluctant to jump in with both feet when the situation is described to them in vague terms, and left as an open-ended proposition ("Please help me until I succeed").

OTOH, if you show them a specific area where you are having trouble, and they recognize what the trouble is, they can offer some help about that specific problem, and walk away without committing themselves to saving a drowning man by jumping into the water with him.

For instance:

- What have you done so far that seems to have succeeded?

- Is your phone currently able to boot?

- If so, what does Settings->About phone->Software information report? (and)

- If you boot into the bootloader (power off, remove SD card, Vol-down + End/Pwr), what
version does the bootloader show? Does it say S-OFF in the first line?

- If you are typing some commands in at the command prompt on your PC, what error messages do you see?

Note that it is really easy to cut and paste stuff from the command window on your PC and paste it right here in this board so others can look at your results and offer some help:

Copy the info from the command window using the above instructions, and type into your post here on Android Forums the tags

[ CODE ] and

[ /CODE ] but without the spaces after the open-bracket, and before the close bracket for both the CODE and /CODE tags,

click your cursor so it is between the two tags, and paste the stuff (Ctrl-V) from your command window into your post. Then, hit the "Preview Post" button to see how it looks. If it is correct, submit the post with the Submit Reply button.

PS Don't let this first post from me lead you to believe that I will help you any further; I might, and I might not. Also, do a little Googling about the Windows CMD (command) prompt - find out what a PATH is, and how to set it, and what the "current directory" is, and how you go about changing from one directory to another with the CD command.
