I actually thought an idea for an app for the g1 and it came across my mind when my brother, who also has a g1 asked me where to change a setting on the phone. My first thought was "man if only i can log into his phone and control the phone myself". This made me think about the possibility of have a remote desktop client for the g1 where anyone can use there computer to log into a g1 phone us a remote desktop client. Of course because of the security issues there would have to be some sort of authentication involved. Maybe someone can create a mobile version of a VNC client. Or maybe a GoToMeeting kind of thing for the g1. I'm really not a developer and don't know about certain limitations that you could run into when trying to develop this app but it does seem like it is technologically possible. All you smart developers give me some sort of feedback. Am I an idiot? or a genius?
