I am hoping that someone will be able to help me.
The Messenger App that came with my phone( Alcatel 5001T with Pie Go Lite I think) is so frustrating. I have taken it to a phone shop in the hope that it could be fixed. He changed some notification settings. However it is still acting crazy.
I have 2 different ringtones, default and a special one I have for my daughter.
I have noticed 3 different things:
Sometimes the App does not make a sound when the phone is asleep.
Sometimes it will start to make the special ringtone (when it should be the default) and then change to the default tone.
When I make a transaction in online banking on my computer I receive an SMS telling me about the transaction. There was one day when I made 3 transactions. I did not wake the phone up at any time until after I had completed all 3 transactions. The ringtone for the first SMS was the special ringtone (when it should be the default) and the next 2 were the default.
Does anyone know what is going on and what I can do to fix this?
