    AntiVirus blocking install

    The antivirus program turned out to be AVG, which I don't recall ever installing. When I force-stopped it, it restarted itself. It also ignored my browser setting. In the end, I deleted it and the installation went ahead seamlessly. Thanks for all your help.

    I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and I have an install from Huawei (Huawei Health) that is being blocked by AntiVirus because it didn't come from PlayStore. Despite allowing the browser to be excluded from checking in Settings I'm still receiving the same message. How do I get around this?

    According to the documentation, to move an item on the screen to a new location, all I have to do is tap and hold before moving it to where I want it. However, when I do that, the icon goes straight back to where it was. Also, a message appears to say tap Edit to reposition, but there is no Edit...

    I gather that I can set Camera Shortcut in my Lock Screen settings so that I can use the camera without unlocking it. However, that option doesn't seem to be available.

    Huge volume level difference between ringtones and notifications

    When the same piece is played for the ringtone and notifications, it is normal volume when I receive a call and barely audible when it's a text message or email. Any explanation, and how do I fix it?
