    issues, having them

    had the hero for 3 weeks now, did the upgrade, and since then i have had two major incidents of having a paper weight produced by htc that has lasted for hours on end... few days ago out of no where my phone froze up, so i rebooted it, got past the lock screen, and then force close everywhere...
