    cannot send a picture message with my S4

    I have a galaxy s4 that is flashed to verizon prepaid. whenever I try to send a picture it keeps tryn to send. Eventually I just stop it. Anyone know if its in a setting or could it be in the flash. I saw a few threads, saying try with the wi fi off. But still not working Still wondering...
