    A question on backups

    I have my sensation rooted and a custom ROM on it. However, I'm going to get a replacement phone soon and I was wondering if I can use my nandroid backup of the ROM on the new phone once I have it rooted? Obviously it'll still be on the memory card that I'll stick in the new phone. I wasn't sure...

    cannot install maps or facebook updates...

    Hey folks, I have a rooted desire witba customer. ROM installed. On The marketplace it is saying that there's an update for both of the aforementioned apps. However, when I try to install them it always fails. These are The only 2 that seem to be a problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    Root Browser problems after 2.2 root

    Quick post in case anyone knows whats up. I installed Froyo last night and its working perfectly apart from one thing. I cant seem to use the copy and paste type functions in the browser. Just holding down on the screen does nothing wheras it should obviously bring up the highlight text...

    Scan a barcode to PC from phone?

    Anyone know if there is a way to use my phone to scan a bar-code to my laptop using USB link? Would be useful for me in work to be able to quickly scan a bunch of codes straight into a spreadsheet. Couldn't find anything to do this myself.
