    Apparently I am not able to upgrade till 9/2012. So my question is is there any possible way to upgrade at the 299 price and not the 500+ or am i sol. Seems like my only options are to call customer care , im not sure if I can inquire at a vz store or bestbuy perhaps.. Im having hardware...
