    Smart stay is a great yet finicky feature. For some reason, the screen goes dim right before the eye icon appears in the notification bar.     Help S3: No notification of voicemail

    I'm not sure if this is an issue with my carrier (Rogers) a bug or a setting - but basically when someone leaves me a voicemail, I don't receive any notifications on my S3. So unless I go in and check my messages, I would have no clue someone left a message. Any ideas? Thanks.
