    Help Volume Problem

    Basically at random times when i try to turn up or down the volume the phone won't let me. Its almost like volume is disabled. I thought it could be an app or the recent firmware update but it seems like that ins't the problem. The only way i can get my volume to work is by rebooting my phone...
