    Help galaxy core prime SM-S820L

    I rooted my core prime and it started freezing up. I was told to do a hard reset but now setup wizard stopped and now phone is useless. I've tried to fix it with KIES and with Dr, Fone but didn't help. Can someone help me fix my phone
