    Help Can't send pictures.

    I'm trying to send pictures from my Optus X mobile phone but it keeps saying "service not active on network" i have tried restarting my phone I have cleared all messages I have reset my network but it still won't send any pictures. My phone is a Optus X prepaid mobile.
