    Xperia Z3 In-call volume always defaults to max

    Whenever I call or receive a call, the in-call volume is always set to max. I can lower the volume during the call but it goes back to max when the next incoming or outgoing call is received or made. There's no call volume setting under Settings>Sound and notification either.
