    Why does the little black charger socket which came with my Note1, not work with my Note 10.1? I have to use the one which came with the Note 10.1 for it to start charging. Why do they change things unnecessarily all the time?

    only can disable it. Easy to uninstall from my computer but not from my Note 1,2 & 10.1...! I do not like that it forces you to have the same in all devices...delete from one and it deletes from all..... The free 50 GB storage is a joke if none of your devices has enough storage for that...

    I have been using the Note 1 since it came out and am happy with it. I would like the bigger screen of the Tab Note. Is it just a larger version of the note or better or worse? How is the phone? How do photos and videos view compared to the Note? Can it use most apps the phone can?

    Did I get 4.0.4 or not?

    After an unsucessful attempt to update using Win 7 I tried Win XP.. It downloaded the update and started to install on the phone...then froze half-way. I had to unplug and use the recovery mode of Kies. Now my 'about phone' says I have 4.0.4 ...but how can I be sure?

    Kies not installing update to firmware

    It tells me an update is available...then downloads the software ...resets and acquires my phone..then just tells me the same... no installing it!!
