While the Chrome Home options were first revealed over a year ago, the new home page interface is finally making its way to Chrome 61. Other changes include a compact translate bar and a new file picker.
It looks as though Google has been making a few changes to the way the new tab page looks in Chrome Home, which is an experimental feature right now. The eagle eyes over at XDA Developers have highlighted the difference between the old and new pages.
Back in October, a hidden feature in Chrome's flags page labeled Chrome Home moved the address bar to the bottom of the screen. Today, it's been discovered that this feature has been updated to include bottom tabs, and a new UI for its new tabs page.
