    Samsung America President apologizes for Note 7 issues, promises replacement units by Sept 21

    Samsung has released a video featuring Samsung America President & COO Tim Baxter. In the video, Baxter apologizes to all Note 7 owners and urges them to power down their devices. He also states that replacement units will be available "no later than September 21st."

    If you're in the UK or Ireland and you purchased an Amazon Fire 7” or Fire Kids Edition 7 from September, 2015 then you might have a faulty power adapter. Amazon is offering a free exchange or a £12 credit to your Amazon account if you have an adapter with the model number FABK7B.
