3 months down the line. HTC have just picked up my dhd to be repaired

due to broken speakers!! How long does it take to get the phone back. Im already having smartphone withdrawals, having to use a crappy old phone, takes eternity to send an sms!!

did they tell you that the speakers were broken? mine is a little soft too. i dont know if theres something wrong with the volume. its all maxed out

They were very quick for me, but it was a different problem.
Sent it Monday, had it back on Friday.
