Help 3G Mobile Hotspot - Allowed users only

When you are running the 3G mobile hotspot you have the ability to manage users, like an ACL (access control list). This option is grayed out and isn't configurable.

There is a update file leaked before Froyo for the DINC which made 3G mobile hotspot available. It also gave permission to 'allow users only'.

Does anyone know how to change the current behavior and make the option available?

I've figured it out. Before you turn on your 3G app. Open the app and select the 'manage users' field below the security drop down. In the next screen, you can put a check mark in the 'Allowed users only' field. This then sets up your access controls.

Once you turn on 3G, connect your device. Click on 'manage users' and then click on the connected users MAC id. You will have two options; one is a check mark for accepting this MAC, and the other is an 'X' to block the MAC.
