So I went to encrypt my prepaid Straighttalk Alcatel Onetouch Pixi, and it asked for the "password to decrypt storage". I have never encrypted this phone before. I forgot to do a factory reset before doing this, but since I thought it was new when I purchased it from Walmart (not labelled refurbished), I didn't think I needed to. I need to know how to get this password, or how to exit the encryption process (data loss is fine). It also keeps making a pinging sound every 10 seconds. I don't know if this has any significance, but I figured It wouldn't hurt anything.
