Help Android box won't play anything

Hi, I just bought an android box. Ott tv box mxq pro. We've been trying to play tv on it through the kodi player but we keep getting the check log error messages. Mostly all servers we get "cannot find link" message. We also can't open the basic apps and live tv doesn't work. We can't find anything online to help us out. Kind of frustrated with it lol.

The best thing to do is to contact the manufacturer about that issue because you need to find out if there are some incompatibility issues with the device infrastructure you're using it with.
