Android ipad

[Android Question]

I purchased an external SD card for my ipad so that I can download movies onto it and watch it on the ipad.

However, I can't tell the android to download to the external storage.

I purchased software that allows me to move working movies downloaded from internal storage to external but then I cannot play the movie. The ipad does not recognize it anymore as a movie.

Need help please?

There's no Android ipad. What device do you have? What SD Card? What format of movie are you moving and what app are you trying to use to play it?

The file type ("format of movie") is probably the problem. It's probably a file type the iPad has no player for.
