Ok, I am not rooted. I have never rooted. I don't want to root.

The application android.iqd has taken over my phone. It uses up 100% of my CPU and it is destroying my battery. I've looked around searching the web and all I have found was information for other phones and garbled terribly confusing instructions for developers who are playing with rooted phones and ROMs.

Can anyone give me a solution to this that I can understand that actually works on my unrooted Epic?

I hate my Epic. I'm on my second. They had to replace the first because it finally died. This one seems to be headed in that direction.

As soon as I'm able to upgrade (9/1/2011) I am ditching this terrible phone and I'm never buying a Samsung ever again.
