Could you let us know what phone you own? I will then be able to move this thread to the device sub-forum, as I do not think people visit the FAQ's forum often

I've moved this to the Android Lounge so it gets some attention. It was being ignored in the FAQ section. If we get further device information I will move it to its device forum.
