Oh dear Christ! Are you really making me post a screenshot?

Step 1: Click on the link in post #2
Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Step 3: Select your system (Windows, Linux or Max OS X)
Step 4: Click on the appropriate link e.g the Windows .exe
Step 5: Run the downloaded .exe to install Android Studio and the Android SDK

Probably. It doesn't make much sense to download a Windows installer to your phone. Try it from a desktop system.

That's for a Linux install btw. This may, or may not help the OP.
