Android Studio and SDK settings in a domain environment

Hi,
We are an educational institute where we build our lab images with all students apps using Fog. Android Studio is one of the apps. We install Android Studio (the latest version) and after the installation when we start the program first time, it asks for the installation of Android SDK, we select a new folder(instead of the default location which is under Users\Appdata\Administrator profile) under C:\Android\sdk and give full permission to all authenticated users to this folder. It gets installed and also we download the support repository in the same folder.

The issue starts when we deploy the image to our lab PCs and a standard domain user logins, start Android and it says the location of sdk is missing, even when we change the location manually to the specific Android folder, it still doesn't work properly and says coudnt read from that folder although all users and authenticated have full access to this folder. Anyone has any suggestion how to fix this issue, and is there any configuration mistake I am making while installing Android or sdk?

Many thanks
