Help Angry Birds

Hey guys i didnt find anything specific for the incredible. I can not get this to open on my inc. i download it, it gets to 100% than says installing and a second later it says install unsuccessful. Can any of you guys get this to work on your inc.? I am on 2.2 froyo please help
 
If you mean the Angry Birds Lite Beta then it worked fine for me. Perhaps you are out of memory ? Not sure what else. Since it's a beta it seems you should report the issue to the developer so they can address it.

My memory is fin i have 12 gb os space between phone and sd card almost split evenly i dont get it. No one had this problem and solved it?
 
After the 'Rovio' logo screen, when the 'Angry Birds' loading screen pops up, tap the screen until it loads the main menu.

Worked for me until I got the 'Beta 2', which, I have no idea what the difference is except that I don't have to tap anymore.

see i can even get to that point right after the installation reaches 100% it sas in stalling than says unsuccessful install error 18 unknown ?
 
Im having the same error 18, with this game and fruit ninja. I even got a new phone and i STILL cant get it to install. I had it before the update for angry birds a few weeks ago but ever since then it wont correctly install it. IDK what to do but hope for it to work once the real version comes out.
 
Awe bummer, when I saw the name of this thread I was hoping the full version had finally come out!



.... oh, and I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Not sure why it's having problems loading on some Inc's... haven't heard it being an issue at all over in the DX forum?
 
I just checked if I have the latest installed from the market and I do. I do have a rooted phone so perhaps that helped my install. Perhaps folks with a working/failing angry birds can report if they are rooted or not. That could isolate the issue. If you are rooted have you checked to see if anything is left behind after the failed delete which might be interfering with subsequent installs ?

Using root explorer or something similar search for rovio on mine it found quite a bit since it is installed.
/data/dalvik-cache/mnt@asec@com.rovio....classes.dex
/data/data/com.rovio.angrybirds_lite
/mnt/asec/com.rovio.antrybirds_lite-1
/mnt/secure/asec/com.rovio.angrybirds_lite-1.asec
...a bunch more on the SD card for backups which don't matter.

I had problems with loading and freezing up until the newest Beta version was released and now it works great on my Incredible. I suggest uninstalling whatever version you have if you're having problems and download and install the newest release.
 
Me too !!! Angry Birds have stressed ME on the Ipod touch since it came out.

Great game !

so downloaded on Incredible and both beta's worked fine for me on stock incredible....

but it is a LITE version and ez to beat.... :eek:
 
see my thing is that it downloads and you once it finishes downloading it always says installing than install successful or unsuccessful and mine always says unsuccessful it is pissing me off haha

Having the same problem on rooted evo. No longer will install from market after 100% download. Am having the same problem with a few other apps as well. It's about 50/50 what will install and what wont.
