Any info for the patch to write on USIM Card

Hello,

I am looking for the information regrading a patch avaliablity for Android 2.2 so that Mobile Application can write on USIM card (3G SIM).

Please also let me know which handset is coming into the market with this patch.

It is very important to know for my application.
