Support Anyone know if built-in FM radio chip can be used as VHF scanner?

    In other words, is the chip locked to 88-108MHZ (broadcast band only), or is there some way to expand reception to say 150MHZ?

    i'm not sure. never heard of such a thing being accomplished on an og evo or on any phone to be honest. i do not know enough on radios and how they work, sorry can't help you there.
