Help APN Problem

Hi!

I have a problem accessing the APN menu. When I press "Access Point Names", inside the "Mobile Network Settings menu", I get an error: "The application Settings(process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again". And the the option "Force close".
Restarting the phone does not work..
