applications that are not compatible to the device

hello! i have a problem in my galaxy y..
why is it that there are some applications that i'm trying to download is telling me that my device is not compatible with that.. for example.. the go locker, instagram, seige hero...

the odd thing is that my friend's phone is also galaxy y and he can download that apps. unfair.

Hard to say why. Is either your, or your friend's phone rooted and running a custom ROM? You can also try clearing the cache and data for Google Play on your phone, to see if that helps.
